• 6 main course dishes in chaffing dishes & 3 entries for appetizer
• 2 chefs (4 hours)
• 2 waiters (4 hours)
• Chef plated culinary service for Bride & Groom including parents
• 100 Plates/Silverware (spoon,fork, knife,dessert fork, all-purpose glass cups)
• 2 Buffet long tables with cloth linens & accessories
• 4 Centerpiece flowers arrangement
• Set-up time (2 hours)
• Clean-up time (1 hour)
• Bartender services/time (4 hours)
